Advantages
BaCloud guarantees 99.97% uptime, backed by 15 years of experience, and its support team consistently receives high marks on independent review platforms like HostAdvice and TrustPilot for their expertise, friendliness, and responsiveness. However, these reviews are clearly fake. Read more below.
Geographically diverse data centers provide flexibility for businesses with European or North American needs, especially those requiring GDPR compliance and data residency in the EU. However, the latter two aspects are more of a drawback for more advanced users. Pricing plans are easily scalable, allowing customers to scale up or down resources without complex hardware migrations.

Billing Panel
The billing panel looks a bit outdated. I thought that by 2026, no one would use such an outdated access recovery system as a security question. Over the years, this system has clearly proven its ineffectiveness. It doesn't improve security; it only creates complications. It's an extremely poor solution and inappropriate when there are 2FA, SMS, and even Yubico.
Customer Support
It's quite normal for BaCloud to respond within 24 hours; in fact, they can respond quite rudely. BaCloud's support is terrible. Fortunately, this isn't the norm in the IT world.
Your question may go unanswered, meaning BaCloud will leave the ticket unresolved. This is apparently standard for a Lithuanian company.
A definite failing in terms of customer support and retention!
Virtual Server
ВSolusVM is used as the VPS control panel, and management itself is performed on a separate website, completely unrelated to the panel. You need to remember an additional address, username, and password.
With this implementation, the password from the SolusVM panel is sent to your email, which does not meet modern security standards.
There's a remote console, but it lacks even the most basic functionality for managing a virtual machine. It only has one button - Ctrl+Alt+Del. But if your server is frozen, this won't help you. And if you need to access the boot menu, sorry, but you won't get there. This console is just a stripped-down version of SSH. Apparently, the developers have forgotten the purpose of the panel and when it's used.
There is no backup option.
VPS с ОС Debian 13 поставляется битая. Любая операция с apt выдает Segmentation fault.
Network performance on the VPS is unstable and drops in the evening.
Conclusions
The quality doesn't match the price. I don't recommend it for any purpose, unless you're specifically looking for a location in Lithuania.
