Placing an order is fairly simple, but the system has significant flaws. The HostZealot billing panel doesn't require an address, only a country. But the invoice page already requires this information. Why not request it right away?
After entering the information, the invoice doesn't display it, requiring a support request. The issue took just over an hour to resolve. Which is acceptable for such issues. But when a client needs a service immediately, it takes a long time.
VPS Features
The VPS is provided with a modified SSH port. The password is sent via email, which isn't particularly secure.
VPS performance
Despite the claim of using high-performance AMD Epyc Zen3 processors, virtual machine performance is extremely low. Most likely, the nodes are heavily overloaded.
