TheHost states that their primary goal is to provide high-quality yet affordable services. They call themselves one of the largest hosting providers in Ukraine and claim to host government websites.

That's exactly what the company's statements sound like. But the last phrase about control can be interpreted ambiguously. It's up to the end consumer to draw their own conclusions.
