InterServer was founded 26 years ago, in 1999. Since then, the company has expanded its product line to include virtual hosting, cloud hosting, high-speed and dedicated servers, and colocation services to continue exceeding customer expectations. They serve both individual freelancers and Fortune 500 companies, both in the US and internationally. InterServer prides itself on its commitment to providing security, reliability, and technical support to every client.
InterServer's manufacturing facilities are located in three locations across the United States. In the central US, InterServer's office is located in Richardson, Texas, offering excellent low-latency connectivity to customers in the South and Midwest regions. On the West Coast, InterServer's Los Angeles office is located in El Segundo, California, in the LAX1 Equinix data center. This facility serves the rapidly growing Los Angeles market and offers high-performance infrastructure, including state-of-the-art cooling systems and a wide range of connectivity options, such as single-mode and multimode fiber cross-connects.
It is also worth noting the presence of shortcomings, of which the following should be noted:
- The website design is outdated, and sometimes you have to guess what each button does because there's no text.
- You can pay with cryptocurrency only if you have a specific wallet.
- The server password is specified when ordering and must be written down, as it is not displayed anywhere else.
- Reinstalling VM doesn't work.
- The remote VNC console keeps disconnecting, making it impossible to work.
