VPS server download speeds are extremely slow. During normal business hours, their VPS server download speeds can be as low as 2 Mbps, with an average of around 5 Mbps. Their support was helpful (the reason for the 2 stars) and stated there was a problem, but there was no ETA for a fix. They know there's a problem with their infrastructure, but they're still selling it. They also don't want refunds.
